In most cases, yes.

Third-party penetrations through a waterproof membrane not sanctioned by the manufacturer typically invalidate the warranty. Approved penetration guidance – where it exists – is written for static service penetrations like pipes and drainage outlets, not for structural balustrade fixings that impose ongoing cyclical loads every time the wind blows.

With BalcoDeck® the question does not arise. The system sits on top of the finished membrane. Nothing penetrates it. The membrane warranty is unaffected by the BalcoDeck® installation – because the installation never touches the membrane.

Every BalcoDeck® installation comes with a Certificate of Compliance covering structural loads, wind loads, fire rating and building regulations compliance. That certificate sits alongside the membrane warranty. Both remain intact.
